Brent Mccarron is a native of Big Branch, Louisiana and has been tattooing since 2008. Over the course of his career, he has built a reputation as a highly versatile tattooer with a strong understanding of tattoo history, traditional design, and the technical range needed to work across multiple styles.
Brent spends part of the year traveling the United States fly fishing and doing guest spots, while also working internationally at tattoo conventions and guest spots across Africa, South America, and Europe. His life on the road, his connection to fishing culture, and his years in tattoo shops around the world all shape the way he approaches tattooing.
In addition to tattooing, Brent is the co-founder of the Dirty Carp fishing tournament in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has also been featured and published in international fly fishing magazines as well as tattoo publications.
