Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our policy below before requesting a return or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With all original tags and packaging
Final sale items & gift certificates are not eligible for return or exchange.
RETURNS
To start a return, email us at info@thebellrosetattoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
EXCHANGES
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or product (subject to availability).
To request an exchange, email us at info@thebellrosetattoo.com with your order number and the item you’d like instead.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
SALE ITEMS & GIFT CERTIFICATES
Items marked “SALE” are not eligible for return or exchange.This includes limited releases and sale items.
Gift certificates are not eligible for return or exchange and are valid for one year and a day from the date of purchase.
